This field is used for creating content for your form that is not editable by anybody that does not have access to edit side of the bloc. It is a "What you see is what you get" content editing tool. It is powered by TinyMCE https://www.tiny.cloud/ . This is a simpler version of a similar field called Content Editor For User (which is used for user content creation).
This is a great tool for document creation and management. It also works with our Template Builder feature.
